terms and conditions1. All contact will be through email ([email protected]). Please do not DM me on my socials regarding commissions.2. I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, under any circumstances, unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.3. I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.4. I take half the payment up front and the other half when the job is done. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full. All payments are through PayPal. All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances.5. Process:
- I will provide updates on the rough sketch, flat colors (if applicable), and final check phases. Upon starting, I will send progress images of the artwork for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.
- After the rough sketch stage, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
- During the final check phase, three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.6. Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.7. Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile!8. Refunds:
- If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
- In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
- Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission9. Reposting and sharing the art is O.K, please give credit and tag me! (socials are on cloudbub.carrd.co)10. By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
